Learn More About Alison

Alison holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, where she majored in Human Structure and Function. She is now completing Honours research in chronic kidney disease.

Through her studies and research, Alison has developed a strong foundation in human anatomy and physiology and an appreciation for evidence-based healthcare. She enjoys being able to bring that background into a patient-focused clinical setting.

Alison supports the day-to-day running of the clinic as part of the administration team. From welcoming patients and responding to enquiries to assisting with appointments and general administration, she helps make sure patients have a friendly and organised experience from the moment they get in touch.

She particularly enjoys the people-focused side of her role and being able to support patients as they move through their treatment journey.

When she isn’t working or studying, Alison loves getting outdoors for a hike or some birdwatching. She also keeps active with swimming, yoga, Muay Thai and trips to the gym.

At the other end of the spectrum, she’s equally happy with a good book or film and even runs a book club with friends. She’s a fan of rock, funk and new wave, loves chess and has previously put her skills to use teaching chess to children.
