FAQs About Health Funds & Medicare Claims
Yes. If you have a valid Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral from your GP, you may be eligible for up to five Medicare-subsidised physiotherapy sessions each calendar year.
We process Medicare rebates on the spot via our Tyro terminal, so there’s no need to submit a claim yourself. Simply bring your CDM referral to your first appointment, or ask your GP to send it directly to us when you book.
Definitely. We accept all major private health funds and offer instant claims at the clinic—just swipe your membership card and pay the gap on the day.
There’s no need for a GP referral to access private health benefits. As long as your policy includes physiotherapy cover, you can book directly with us. If you’re unsure about your level of cover, it’s a good idea to check with your fund beforehand.
