I booked an appointment and was unable to wait 3 week to see the physio for my issues and reluctantly cancelled with 1 week's notice as no suitable alternative time was found (I found another practice that could provide treatment promptly). Due to the circumstances I requested a refund of my fee but the practice manager couldn't resolve this and a formal complaint was made to the Director who would only offer my booking fee as credit for an existing client.

He really spends the time to identify the issue at hand; come up with a plan to alleviate the pain and; educate on how to minimise it happening again. I went to Jenny for my knee pain when squatting. She gave me a very thorough test and provided me several rehab exercises to do at home and at gym. She’s probably the best physio I’ve had🥹, and my knee condition has gotten better since then.

I accessed this therapy service as had lost strength and flexibility in my dominant hand. Through well - paced daily exercises, I can now rely on my hand when lifting heavier items, and can continue to be independent, which suits my lifestyle. I was fortunate to grab a last minute appointment last Saturday with Matthew due to symptoms of vertigo.

Rather then take the advise of my GP and be on medication, I decided to seek an alternate route.

With one session Matthew was able to rectify the condition and prescribe me with appropriate exercises.

In two days the symptoms were gone.

I would highly recommend Matthew for not only his nurturing and reassuring demeanour but the value he added toward my healing 🙌🏽

The best physios listen to you and are perceptive to your priorities. If you want to focus less on palpation and massage and more on theory and long term strategy, they’ll pivot with you and work with you. Douglas is one of those physios. He’s exceedingly professional (perhaps to a fault😛), courteous, comprehensive, and knowledgeable. Few physios in Australia let alone Brissie are at a comparable calibre to him.

Happy with my first visit at M physio to see Doug. After having chronic pain for 5 years I was really sceptical physio would even work. Doug had a wealth of knowledge and was able to suggest things straight away to divert the pain and he gave me a clear vision and plan on what the next few months will look like whilst having physio. I had been dealing with chronic lower back issues for over two years and after trailing all different kind of remedies, it was finally Dom that got me on track to being back to my usual self.

I've been seeing Dom close to 12 months now, keeping him busy with a range of issues you face being an active bloke ranging from my neck, shoulder, knees, elbows and lower back and have never encountered an issue in which he hasn't resolved. Dom's level of expertise is second to none.

He is very thorough and informative when it comes to his sessions and the strength/conditioning exercises to perform at home he provides are extremely effective in maintaining peak fitness to support an active lifestyle.

I also referred my wife to Dom and we both received a discount session in doing so 👌

I needed to build up my strength and muscle mass after being ravaged by cancer and chemo, and enduring a range of symptoms of peripheral neuropathy (sensory and motor). Dom in Bundall was brilliant, working through the multitude of problems intelligently, systematically and compassionately. My tailored workout regime evolved as deficits improved, revealing other deficits. His results after 8 weeks were astonishing, and will stand me in very good stead for the rather debilitating surgery I will be facing shortly. I will be back after surgery to rebuild all over again before my final course of chemotherapy. Thank you Dom: I believe your work will lead to much better outcomes.

I’ve had health issues for months where I was in constant pain and couldn’t sleep, barely could walk and had no strength, constant headaches and migraines. Following multiple Doctor and Specialist visits, endless meds and tests with no results/improvement, I contacted this place and Wendy at reception got Sascha in touch with me that day, we discussed what was going on and brought me in to assess further.
After a thorough examination and following treatments/at home exercises, I noticed a huge difference within a week, the constant pain and tingling in my legs was reduced significantly.
So much progress has been made I can’t be thankful enough for how much he has helped me. I’m able to walk again without every step being painful, not collapsing without reason, my headaches are reduced significantly, and my strength is increasing every day.
Sascha set clear goals and worked with my body’s limitations. The team help so much, but you need to ensure you do the exercises yourself to get the results you want too, trust me it helped so much.
Wendy at reception is super friendly and cares for the patients as much as the the therapists.
Highly recommend trying this company, they’ve done wonders for me.

Ariel deserves all the praise that she receives and more. During consultation she was incredibly thorough and holistic, and she explained what to expect during the treatment process. My migraines are now almost nonexistent and my shoulder and neck are no longer constantly tight and sore. It always helps that she’s a wonderful and warm person and is always happy to have a chat, and great at trying to distract you from the pain of treatment if needed. Highly recommend!

I first saw Dom at the Southport clinic back in April of this year with a chronic left bursa hip condition. I was in chronic pain, struggling to walk, climb stairs and do my favourite things , line dancing and gym. I had had previous surgery and had seen numerous physiotherapist , chiropractors etc. After seeing Dominic for four months twice a week and following his exercise plan daily, I am more than happy to say , I am pain free and back doing the things I love. My therapy hasn’t finished , but Dominic has given me my life back. You have to be prepared to put in the hard yards as well to get well. Five stars to Dominic and GCMPA.
